This Privacy Policy outlines the kind of information we may collect while you visit our website and how we use that information. In the Online Form or the Quote Request sections you will be asked to supply your contact details.  We will collect information such as name, address, telephone number, mobile number, e-mail address. In order for us to conduct business, we maintain information databases that are compiled exclusively of information knowingly and voluntarily provided by our customers as well as website visitors.

We may use your contact details to respond to your request for a quote, energy audit, or any of the services with which you may wish our expert advice.  We may also notify you of any special offers for which you may have interest. Usher Insulations, however, limits its communication to customers in order to avoid pestering you with frequent contact. We are an Irish, family-owned business and as such, focus our time and efforts working to meet our customer’s expectations not on pursuing extensive marketing campaigns. 

At no time will Usher Insulations spend spam e-mails. If you change your mind about being contacted in the future, simply let us know and you can be removed from our database. We will use personal information only for the purpose indicated to you when you provided it. We will not disclose, sell, rent or exchange this information to any other organization or entity unless you are first notified and expressly agree to it, or as otherwise required by law.

Website Data

As many other organisations or companies do, we measure the performance of our web site to improve and customize it to better serve your needs. However, customer contact details, work/project details or any specific private information will never be disclosed to any third parties. At any time upon your request, Usher Insulations will delete or modify personal information that you provided earlier.

Usher Insulations will gather data on Web site activity, such as how many people visit our Web site, the pages they visit and where they come from. Site visitorship data is collected on an aggregate, anonymous basis, which means no personal information is associated with this data.

Process for Removal from the Mailing List

If at any time during your interactions with Usher Insulations, you feel that you do not wish future contact or correspondence, you may send an e-mail request to sales@usherinsulsation.com, please place “remove me from mailing list” in the subject field.  

If you prefer to make this request via post, please consult Contact Us and mail in your request. Simply choose “remove me from mailing list”, provide your email so that we can confirm your details, and send the online form/request to us.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

Any changes to our privacy policy in the future will be posted to the website and unless otherwise specified, all such changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the website.
