Is your home cold, draughty and expensive to heat?
Rooms that warm up and then lose the heat within the hour. Draughts you can feel. Heating bills higher than they should be. Across Ireland, far too many homes are spending money on heat that escapes straight through the roof, walls and floors.
A well-insulated home is different. It holds a steady, comfortable temperature — keeping heat in through the winter and out through the summer — and needs far less energy to do it. We've transformed thousands of cold, hard-to-heat houses into homes that are genuinely cosy and cheaper to run.
Where your home is losing heat — and how we fix it
Up to a quarter of a home's heat can escape through an uninsulated roof, with a large share lost through the walls. Targeting the right areas, in the right order, gives you the biggest return:
- Attic insulation — usually the most cost-effective first step.
- Cavity wall insulation — fast, low-disruption, high impact for homes with a wall cavity.
What good insulation gives you
- Lower heating bills, year after year
- A warmer, more comfortable home with no cold spots or draughts
- A better BER rating — worth more if you ever sell or rent
- A smaller carbon footprint
- Less strain on your heating system
SEAI grants make it more affordable than you think
For most homes built and occupied before 2011, SEAI grants now cover a large share of attic and cavity wall insulation costs. We're an SEAI-registered contractor for both, and we'll walk you through exactly what you qualify for. See the full guide to SEAI grants.

Frequently asked questions
What insulation products do you use?
We hand-select certified products to suit each home — including mineral wool, fibreglass quilt, sheep's wool, bonded-bead and Kingspan systems — and install them to a standard that lasts the lifetime of the building.
How long does a job take?
Most homeowner insulation jobs are completed in 1–2 days, tidy and hassle-free. Attic and cavity work is often done in a single day.
Are SEAI grants available?
Yes. For homes built and occupied before 2011, SEAI grants cover a large share of attic and cavity wall insulation costs. As an SEAI-registered contractor for both measures, we'll confirm what you qualify for.
Can I still use my attic for storage after it's insulated?
Yes — we can fit a raised, insulated flooring system that keeps storage accessible while protecting the insulation value beneath it.
How long does insulation last?
Installed correctly, insulation lasts the lifetime of the building, which is why we hand-select products for quality and install them to a lasting standard.
