- Details you give us through our enquiry and survey forms — name, phone, email, property type and the message you send.
- Basic technical and usage data collected by our analytics (see Cookies below).
How we use it and our legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry, arrange a survey and provide a quote — on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract.
- To support an SEAI grant application where you ask us to — on the basis of performing our contract with you.
- To measure and improve our website — on the basis of your consent (analytics cookies) and our legitimate interests.
Sharing
We share data only where needed to deliver our service — for example with the SEAI for grant administration where you request it, and with service providers who help us run our website and email. We do not sell your data.
Retention
We keep enquiry and project records only as long as necessary for the purpose collected and to meet legal and tax obligations, then delete them.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise these, contact us at sales@usherinsulations.com. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
